Symptom narrative

he never received the second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a male patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose of vaccine in February 2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: he never received the second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 14-NOV-2025 Customer reported he received the first dose of Shingrix on February 2025 but that he never received the second dose. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
