Symptom narrative

had the first dose years ago; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose years ago). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: had the first dose years ago). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 02-OCT-2025 Patient is the reporter herself. She wanted to know if she can take the second dose even though there have been years in between first and second dose. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made. Upon internal review the case was updated on 17-NOV-2025 The tracking memo with GSK receipt date 29-SEP-2025 for error correction has been added.
