Kinrix administration out of the recommended age (in a 7-year-old patient); Extra DTaP-IPV dose administration; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 7-year-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 52D72, expiry date 19-AUG-2026) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Vaxelis (received 1st dose on 19-AUG-2022), Vaxelis (received 2nd dose on 17-OCT-2022) and Kinrix (received 1st dose on 18-NOV-2022). On 29-AUG-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Kinrix. On 29-AUG-2025, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Kinrix administration out of the recommended age (in a 7-year-old patient)) and extra dose administered (Verbatim: Extra DTaP-IPV dose administration). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration and extra dose administered were not applicable.
