Symptom narrative

Nerve pain and burning from head to toe. Increased ear ringing. The nerve burning worsened at night, with muscle tightness, jittery feeling and chest pressure. Some shortness of breath. Fluctuating feeling hot and cold. I woke up at night with the nerves in my back burning even worse. I had problems sleeping. I went to the ER on Nov. 9th. They ran blood work, did an EKG, Chest X-ray and gave me fluids, a muscle relaxer and Tylenol. All my tests were normal, except one blood level for muscles was off by a point.

Medical history

Asthma, Ulcerative Colitis, Chronic Sinusitis/Rhinitis, Arthritis, GERD

Other medications

Pulmicort Flexhaler 180 mcg, Omeprazole 10mg,,

Allergies

Sulfas, Codeine, Metronidazole

Lab data

The ER ran blood work, did an EKG, Chest X-ray and gave me fluids, a muscle relaxer and Tylenol. All my tests were normal, except one blood level for muscles was off by a point.

Prior vaccinations

Increased nerve burning and tingling. 66 yrs old. 12-6-2023. Prevnar 20.
