Symptom narrative

Approximately 5 min after inj, patient became flushed and verbally reported an itching sensation. rph administered 10 mL (25 mg) of benadryl to patient orally via liquid syringe. patient was monitored for 30 minutes and reported symptoms had subsided and he no longer appeared flushed or felt itchy
