No adverse effects reported; a dose of ROTATEQ was administered on 11/17/2025 after its expiration date of 11/10/2025; This spontaneous report was received from a physician regarding a 1-month-old female patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 17-NOV-2025, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ), administered as prophylaxis (lot number reported as 2051970, which has been verified as valid, expiration date reported and validated as 10-NOV-2025) (strength, dose, vaccination scheme, route of administration were not reported) (Expired product administered). No adverse effects were reported.
