PATIENT RECEIVED 2ND DOSE BEFORE THE RECOMMENDED 2-6 MONTH TIME PERIOD FOLLOWING INITIAL DOSE. 1ST DOSE WAS 06/25/2025 AND 2ND DOSE WAS 07/24/2025. GSK FOLLOWS CDC RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING DOSING AND A REPEAT DOSE IS NOT RECOMMENDED SINCE THE TIME BETWEEN DOSES > 28 DAYS. PATIENT IS NOT EXPERIENCING ANY ADVERSE ISSUES, ONLY TIMING OF DOSES OUTSIDE RECOMMENDED RANGE.
