Symptom narrative

Developed facial motor tics following 2nd dose of flu vaccine. Had an allergic reaction to the first dose and consulted with MD and she suggested moving forward with 2nd dose. Went to see MD to consult on tics. Referral to neurologist made. No other treatment recommendations made. dose 2 NDC 49281-425-88
