11/17/25 Immediate redness at injection site. Between 2.5- 3 hours later at home parents reported that patient was fussy/whimpering/crying in his sleep- then woke screaming, turning purple, holding breath, clenching/tense over entire body followed by a period where he was very pale, staring, limp, then went back to sleep. Parents felt his breathing seemed shallow. They took him to the emergency room about 40 minutes after episode started. He was kept there for about 3 hours in observation, no tests or treatments done. He was sent home. Mom reports that pt did not eat as much yesterday and was spitting up more than normal and the spit up was thicker, was also salivating a lot. Today, 11/18/25 mother reports pt is tired/sleepy but skin color is normal, breathing is normal. He has spit up some, but consistency back to normal and frequency and volume back to normal. He has some redness at injection sites (received Vaxelis in right thigh, received Prevnar 20 in left thigh lot#LX2498, and Rotarix orally, lot# 7YS93 during same appt 11/17/25)
