Symptom narrative

Patient had an injection site reaction in her LEFT arm. Started 2 days after injection as an itchy rash. Next day (Saturday) site was hard, itchy and hot to touch. Sunday was worse than the day before. Monday reaction started to lessen after application of ice pack
