Symptom narrative

Patient left arm is red in the vicinity of site of injection. Patient states the arm has pain and itching at the injection site even 5 days after receiving the vaccine. Patient states she is unable to sleep due to the reaction from the injection. Patient initially took Tylenol for the pain. Referred the patient to seek treatment at urgent care. Patient is concerned if her arm is infected.
