Has had TDaP, IPV, MMR and Varicella previously, received 4 year boosters with combo vaccines on 11/17 around 1 PM. Overnight developed fever Tmax 103, vomiting, febrile seizure x1. Fevers responding well to Tylenol/Motrin.
