Symptom narrative

Son, complained of headache developed a very large rash which spread down his arm, swollen and hot to the touch, did not feel well and rash persisted for several days.

We reported the adverse effects to his pediatricians office. They never advised us to and have not advised us before on how to report adverse vaccine reactions. My children have had several two various vaccines over the years. This is just the first time I was able or was aware I could report it on this site
