Symptom narrative

Patient presented to the pharmacy on 11/17 with significant swelling, redness and tenderness at the injection site. She stated that she had been taking Tylenol, Benadryl and pharmacist told her to try ice packs. She said she might be going to her doctor. The injection was placed appropriately. It was not too high. This must be a vaccine reaction, not a shoulder injury.
