Inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a elderly male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose received in 2018). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK receipt date:12-NOV-2025 The reporter was the partner calling on behalf of her partner who was an 81 year old, male patient that received his first dose of Shingrix in 2018 and never received his second dose. The reporter states that the patient was going to get his second dose of Shingrix at his local pharmacy today, 12-NOV-2025. The reporter did not have the Lot or Expiry or Route of administration, location of administration or date of administration to provide. The patient received his first dose at his local pharmacy. The reporter did not consent to contact.
