She received the vaccine even though she is over the age of 25; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a female patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Men B NVS (Bexsero) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included surgery (to remove part of my pancreas and my spleen). On an unknown date, the patient received Bexsero and the 1st dose of Bexsero. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero and Bexsero, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: She received the vaccine even though she is over the age of 25). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 13-NOV-2025 The reporter was the patient, and she was also a nurse with 44 years of experience. She had received the vaccine even though she was over the age of 25. She did not provide her exact age. She mentioned that she had received the first dose after surgery in July 2025 and later had a booster. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
