Symptom narrative

received the 2nd dose early: it was administered on 13/Nov/2025; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 36-year-old male patient who received HBV (Engerix B) (batch number CT3Z7, expiry date 13-FEB-2027) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included Hepatitis b vaccine rHBsAg (yeast) (Engerix b). On 13-NOV-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Engerix B. On 13-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Engerix B, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: received the 2nd dose early: it was administered on 13/Nov/2025). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was not applicable.
