she never came back for the subsequent dose; Expired Dose Administered; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 70-year-old female patient who received HBV (Engerix B) (batch number 3H3RX, expiry date 12-JUL-2024) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included HBV (Engerix B) for prophylaxis. On 28-AUG-2024, the patient received the 1st dose of Engerix B. The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Engerix B. On 08-AUG-2024, an unknown time after receiving Engerix B, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired Dose Administered). On an unknown date, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: she never came back for the subsequent dose). The outcome of the expired vaccine used and incomplete course of vaccination were not applicable.
