Patient is 59 years old; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via sales rep and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 59-year-old patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) for prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included diabetes (patient is diabetic). On an unknown date, the patient received Arexvy. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Patient is 59 years old). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 14-NOV-2025 The insurance rejection was received.
