gave a regular dose of Flulaval to a patient that was Seventy instead of the High dose; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of underdose in a 70-year-old female patient who received Flu Seasonal TIV Dresden (Fluarix 2025-2026 season) (batch number N9CS2, expiry date 05-JUN-2026) for prophylaxis. On 30-OCT-2025, the patient received Fluarix 2025-2026 season. On 30-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Fluarix 2025-2026 season, the patient experienced underdose (Verbatim: gave a regular dose of Flulaval to a patient that was Seventy instead of the High dose).
