Symptom narrative

Expired dose given; 54 year old patient received Arexvy; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 54-year-old male patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number 5F5XK, expiry date 01-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 15-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 15-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired dose given) and inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: 54 year old patient received Arexvy). The outcome of the expired vaccine used and inappropriate age at vaccine administration were not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 17-NOV-2025 A pharmacist had contacted GlaxoSmithKline to report that a male patient had accidentally received a dose that had expired on 01-Nov-2025 on 15-Nov-2025.
