Symptom narrative

Redness and itching on injection site; Redness and itching on injection site; This is a spontaneous report received from a Nurse from a sales representative. A 16-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received meningococcal group abcwy vaccine (PENBRAYA), in Nov2025 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE PRURITUS (non-serious), VACCINATION SITE ERYTHEMA (non-serious) all with onset Nov2025, outcome "unknown" and all described as "Redness and itching on injection site". It was unknown if therapeutic measures were taken as a result of vaccination site pruritus, vaccination site erythema. Additional information: Facility where vaccine was administered: Doctor's office/urgent care. Hospitalization Prolonged reported as NO. Route of administration: Deltoid. No follow-up attempts are possible. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
