I have got nodules in my arm; My arm is itching and swollen; My arm is itching and swollen; Got nodules in my arm; It's been red; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. A 71-year-old female patient received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), on 10Nov2025 as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) intramuscular, in arm for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: ERYTHEMA (non-serious) with onset 2025, outcome "unknown", described as "Got nodules in my arm; It's been red"; VACCINATION SITE NODULE (non-serious) with onset 2025, outcome "unknown", described as "I have got nodules in my arm"; PRURITUS (non-serious), PERIPHERAL SWELLING (non-serious) all with onset 2025, outcome "unknown" and all described as "My arm is itching and swollen". Clinical course: Patient did not have the product at the time of call to provide LOT number. Patient took the Prevnar 20 shot and believe its Pfizer and got nodules in arm and itching. Arm is itching and swollen. Patient stated Its Itching and it has nodules in it. Arm is itching and it has nodules and its been red. Patient stated events occurred after taking Prevnar 20 . Height and weight patient stated About 5"5' (5 foot, 5 inches) and weigh about 185 (pounds). When probed for the specialty of the doctor patient stated, Internal medicine, don't know, family medicine. don't know.For mailing address patient stated its redacted. For date of vaccination patient said it was Monday 10th November 2025. For dose of the vaccine administered patient stated, to call the doctors office to find that out. For route of administration detail, patient stated, Its supposed to be in Intramuscular, supposed to be in muscle but was not sure. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
