Patient reported a small rash that he noticed when removing the band aid on 11/4/25. Since then, it has traveled from his shoulder down his back. Patient did seek medical attention, and the provider gave him a steroid cream as well as the patient used some over the counter allergy cream. Patient is still having symptoms ?bumps? are still present as of today?s date 11/18/25.
