Symptom narrative

Arm became swollen in the dorsolateral area roughly 1 inch below the injection site. Patient has very thin papery skin and fluid collected underneath the skin down to an inch above the elbow. The area aformentioned became swollen with fluid and was warm to touch the initial day and the day after. The patient did not report overall fever. The swollen area was soft to touch and is slowly reducing in size as of 11/18/2025.
