On 31-OCT-2025, the patient received Penmenvy. On 31-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Liquid portion administration only/"We had an error with Penmenvy, wegave just the MenB, the liquid part") and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Liquid portion administration only/"We had an error with Penmenvy, wegave just the MenB, the liquid part").
