Symptom narrative

Face swollen am of 10/22/25. No breathing difficulties treated with Benadryl at 3AM & Claritin at 0745 symptoms resolved in a couple days. Hx of food allergies. Had not had any foods she was allergic to. Usually reacts with stomach pain and vomiting.
