Symptom narrative

patient said after she left the pharmacy both of her upper arms became sore and she took a shower on 11/10/25. After the shower she noticed a rash that started near her hairline. All of her muscles were achy after that and the rash spread all over her body from her head down her trunk. The rash itches and burns some. As of 11/18/25 7:00pm when I spoke to her, the rash was still there. I told her to go immediately to urgent care as it was open until 8:00pm. She told me she would go to urgent care or to her regular doctor today on 11/19/25.
