The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 29-May-2025, the patient started therapy with Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (lot #Y012227, expiration date: 12-Nov-2025) 1 dosage form (1 dose). The vaccine was improperly stored (temperature: 31.3F; time frame: 15 minutes). There was no previous temperature excursion. No additional AEs were reported
