Symptom narrative

Mom called 1120/25 at 0830 to report child was telling her this morning that his RIGHT arm felt numb and tingling. (site of TDAP )Mom put some OTC (over the counter0 product "icy hot" on the site and sent child to school. After discussion with Mom she plans to call school nurse and ask them to give child a Tylenol tablet and an ice pack for his right upper arm and call mom back if child not better in a few hours. Moms plan is if he is not better to follow up with their PCP this afternoon.
