The patient is now looking to receive the 3rd dose after a year from the previous dose (2nd); No additional AE; This spontaneous report was received from a Nurse and refers to a(n) 19-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. In 2023, the patient was vaccinated with first dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9), dose number 1, 1 dosage form, total, administered for prophylaxis (exact dose, route, anatomical site, lot # and expiration date were not reported). In 2024, the patient was vaccinated with second dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9), dose number 2, 1 dosage form, total, administered for prophylaxis (exact dose, route, anatomical site, lot # and expiration date were not reported). Nurse calling to inquire on Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9) dosing schedule for the patient who received the first two doses a year apart (2023 and 2024). The patient was now looking to receive the 3rd dose after a year from the previous dose (2nd) (Inappropriate schedule of product administration). No additional AE (No adverse event).
