Symptom narrative

rash two weeks after receiving the anthrax vaccine. Pt states the rash has been spreading and they have been using hydrocortisone to keep it from getting dry but it has not helped it decrease in size. Pt states pain level is a 3 and uncomfortable. Pt stated he just found out he would be getting deployed the next day and wanted the rash checked out prior to deploying. Pt was authorize to go to Urgent Care. At Urgent Care Pt was given Prednisone and diagnosed with Dermatitis.
