Symptom narrative

Sudden onset of vertigo increasing over the period of 90 minutes along with nausea. Visual spinning of vision causing impossible mobility without support. Vertigo would subside when eyes were closed. Vomiting began 90 minutes from symptom onset and continued for 2 hours intermittently every 30 minutes with total emesis volume of 1.5 to 2.0 liters. After the last vomiting episode, vertigo was controlled by keeping eyes closed and had subsided after a period of 3 hours to allow unassisted mobility.
