Symptom narrative

Patient had big red swelling arm on vaccination site. it was about 4 to 5 inches round, patient stated that started day after vaccination. She said she fills warm on vaccination site. She came to pharmacy 6 days later she got the vaccine and showed to me. She said she was taking Advil or Tylenol and it seems like getting better. I talked to her to go to see the MD but she wanted to see more days since she think it is getting better. After 2 days, patient came back and now it looks black and blue per pharmacist on duty that day. Pharmacist counseled her to go to see MD and patient did not did not come back yet
