Blood stool with small bowel - small bowel intussusception that resolved spontaneously

? Feeding problem of newborn ? GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) ? NG (nasogastric) tube fed newborn ? Poor weight gain in infant ? Premature infant of 36 weeks gestation

Lab data

Abdominal ultrasound to look for intussusception which was negative. Abdominal x-ray x 2 that were also unremarkable aside from nonobstructive bowel gas. GI pathogen panel positive for rotavirus.
