Symptom narrative

Patient reports headache, blurred vision, fatigue, left arm pain and possible low grade fever. Patient reports sleeping after visit and mom gave Tylenol. At time of visit the next day- blurred vision was no more, headache improving, no fever present, patient instructed to drink more water because she had only had 1-2 bottles the day of vaccination, ice pack to put to left arm.

Current illness

To the best of our knowledge there have been none.

Medical history

Hidradenitis suppurativa, fatty liver, iron deficiency, labs from that day show prediabetes.

Other medications

Doxycycline 100 mg 1 tablet by mouth twice a day
