Within 5 minutes of giving vaccines, patient was walking to the car after the visit when he had a syncope episode. He was brought back in to clinic where he recovered well after lying for 2-3 minutes. Two days later mother called our clinic reported he had swelling of his arm and inflammation in the axillary area. She states pain radiates down to his elbow and is persistent, interfering with this sleep since day of injection. It was recommended he take motrin, zyrtec and ice the area. Within 5 days the reaction site decreased in swelling and within 7 days pain was resolved
