Symptom narrative

Employee received the MMR vaccine on 11/11/2025 (during orientation process) reports area of injection became itchy that afternoon progressed into a rash on his upper extremities. took Vistaril with little resolved then rash spread to all extremities. Pt went to the Emergency Room for treatment. Pt was treated with Diphenhydramine and Methylprednisolone in the Emergency Room and discharged home with same medications
