Symptom narrative

Mother of child reports that the school notified her child was walking funny on 11/6, one day after receiving immunizations. Mother states when she looked at child's leg, noticed redness, rash, and hives around site of varicella immunization. States took child to ER where she was told this was likely an allergic reaction. Was prescribed antibiotics.
