Symptom narrative

Patient stated she started feeling nauseous approximately 4-6 hours after getting her 2nd dose Shingrix. By her 10pm bedtime (or approximately 8 hours post vaccination) she developed walking difficulty with sore limbs and extreme nausea and vomiting. Theses symptoms persisted for approximately 24 hours before subsiding. She wanted to report this episode.
