patient was accidentally given doses of Engerix-B in intervals that were shorter than those mentioned in the prescribing information; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug administration duration too short in a patient who received HBV (Engerix B) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Engerix B. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Engerix B, the patient experienced drug administration duration too short (Verbatim: patient was accidentally given doses of Engerix-B in intervals that were shorter than those mentioned in the prescribing information). The outcome of the drug administration duration too short was not applicable.
