second dose of shungrix outside of the 2 to 6 months window; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete dose administered in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received on an unknown date). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. The patient experienced incomplete dose administered (Verbatim: second dose of shungrix outside of the 2 to 6 months window). The outcome of the incomplete dose administered was not applicable.
