Inappropriate Schedule of Vaccine for Shingrix/2nd dose late; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (Patient 1st dose 21 JAN 2021). On 16-MAR-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On 16-MAR-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: Inappropriate Schedule of Vaccine for Shingrix/2nd dose late). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 14-NOV-2025 The patient had 2 prior doses of Shingrix and asked would the third dose be required. The patient was scheduled for the third dose for 14 NOV 2025 which was not yet administered at the time of this call. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
