Symptom narrative

inadvertently an expired antigen of Arexvy was administered to a patient; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 75-year-old male patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number DL32G, expiry date 03-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 17-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 17-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: inadvertently an expired antigen of Arexvy was administered to a patient). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 17-NOV-2025 Pharmacist reported that they inadvertently administered expired antigen of Arexvy to a patient, also stated that the adjuvant was not expired.
