The patient's relevant medical history included: "HTN" (unspecified if ongoing); "Hashimotis thyroiditis" (unspecified if ongoing); "Asthma" (unspecified if ongoing); "Allergy" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: INFLUENZA taken for immunisation, start date: 04Nov2025, stop date: 04Nov2025.
