this was my second (known) bout with COVID + second time I took Paxlovid - both times were the same; this was my second (known) bout with COVID + second time I took Paxlovid - both times were the same; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP from product quality group. A 51-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 nos (DOSE 1, SINGLE), administration date: Feb2021, when the patient was 50 years old, for Covid-19 immunization, reaction(s): "joint pain", "fatigue", "headache", "achy", "arm pain"; Bnt162b2 nos (DOSE 2, SINGLE), administration date: Mar2021, when the patient was 50 years old, for Covid-19 immunization, reaction(s): "joint pain", "fatigue", "headache", "achy", "arm pain". The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant) all with onset 2022, outcome "unknown" and all described as "this was my second (known) bout with COVID + second time I took Paxlovid - both times were the same". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of drug ineffective, covid-19. Clinical course: Is the patient allergic to any previous vaccination, medications, food or other products: no. Are there any other diagnosed illnesses/medical istory/chronic health conditions to report: No. This was her second (known) bout with Covid & second time she took Paxlovid both times were the same, rebounded around 4 days after, testing negative and feeling much better, & proceeded to have an additional week of testing positive for Covid again & losing sense of smell. Exact same thing happened in 2022- when she took paxlovid. Patient just wanted to let Pfizer know that even though she got the latest vaccine, she still caught the latest variant - which she knew was totally possible - but also wanted to let Pfizer know that this was her second (known) bout with Covid & second time she took Paxlovid - both times were the same - she rebounded around 4 days after, testing negative and feeling much better, & proceeded to have an additional week of testing positive for Covid again & losing sense of smell. She will continue to get vaccinated & would most likely take Paxlovid again, regardless of rebound - to try to feel better faster and to try to prevent long Covid.
