Pt arrived today, 11/19/25 and complained of injection site pain lingering since a flu vaccine on 10/31/25. He reports the muscle feels sore during reaching and stretching activities and ranges from a 3 to a 6 on the pain scale. He reports it does not seem to be getting better or worse and he has not felt the need to seek medical treatment.
