Symptom narrative

local redness and swelling at injection site, moderate muscle pain and chills within 12-14 hours. Severe headache throughout the night of dosing that felt like sharp brain in the skull and behind the eyes that was a 9 out of 10 in terms of pain and discomfort. Never had a headache like this before. Was not alone so decided to wait it out. Unable to sleep more than 2 hours. Mild nausea also. Would have gone to the emergency room if I was alone the headache was severe. Felt better by noon the next day. Contacted the doctor's office next day to report the adverse event.
