The 2nd dose of Bexsero was administered 8 weeks later; The 1st dose of Bexsero was administered 5 days after the surgery; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 67-year-old female patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Men B NVS (Bexsero) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included splenectomy (spleen was removed on 10-JUL-2025). On 12-SEP-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Bexsero. On 15-JUL-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Bexsero. On 15-JUL-2025, not applicable after receiving Bexsero and an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: The 1st dose of Bexsero was administered 5 days after the surgery). On 12-SEP-2025, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: The 2nd dose of Bexsero was administered 8 weeks later). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short and drug dose administration interval too short were not applicable. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
