Symptom narrative

received the first dose of Shingrix on June 25, 2025 and then received the second dose on July 24, 2025; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 50-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number PJ353) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included Varicella zoster vaccine rgE (CHO) (Shingrix). On 24-JUL-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On 24-JUL-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: received the first dose of Shingrix on June 25, 2025 and then received the second dose on July 24, 2025). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was not applicable.
